This position will supervise the successful installation deployment of complex site managed implementations focusing on project specific on-time performance, profitability and customer satisfaction utilizing internal and external resources. Responsibility of the projects will typically start at the point of the sale and last through the completion and customer acceptance of the completed project.
Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional organizational and control skills are required. This position will coordinate events and act as the central point of contact for internal and external resources including the customer while communicating project status and risk analysis to customers' and ams.net management regularly throughout the project. Must have the ability to review the scope of work with customer to ensure project integrity and communicate customers' responsibilities to ensure they are an active participant as required to assure project success; as well as establish and manage to specific project milestones.
5-7 years of experience - preferably in the telecommunication environment
Certification in project management is required (PMP). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or General Administration or equivalent experience in a related field is a real plus!
Preferred experience should be in enterprise or public sector and LAN/WAN deployment project management.
