Your organizations customer portal allows you to quickly access detailed information regarding your account including quote and order information, shipping details, service request information, invoice history and more. You have the ability to follow and track the progress of a project from the initial price quote through the order process, invoicing and maintenance.
Service
- Review current service requests including site, contact, status, etc.
- View upcoming appointments

- View and download AMS.NET Price Quotes
- Track active orders and view status
- Locate shipping information including shipping date, received date, carrier tracking details and more.
Invoices
- Review invoice history
- Search for invoices based on date, invoice number, order number, and more.
- Download a missing invoice
