Next, during our Design and Planning Phase, our certified engineers will develop a scalable network and technology design solution that maximizes as much of your existing equipment as possible, integrates new technology and allows for future growth. Our professional project management team will deliver a deployment plan, day 2 support plan and training plan. Cutover and system acceptance testing takes place during the Implementation Phase. The final phase of the project cycle is the Support Phase which comprises of a 30 day workmanship warranty on installation services that is included with the deployment along with the option to add on various maintenance plans.
